A Genuine Freak-Shop is our own online store for merchandise and releases on our own Peartree Records label. It’s owned and run by us, A Genuine Freakshow, and no one else.
We want to make sure that when you buy direct from us you get the best service possible, just like any online store, but ask for a little patience if we can’t get back to you right away. We’re a small business and don’t have a million employees like Amazon (in fact we don’t have ANY employees!)
As we get common questions sent to us we’ll update this page, but always drop us a line if you need help.
We try our best to make sure we send our a shipment of physical product orders at least once a week.
We’re unable to ship orders every day just now, but try and run a weekly ‘big post’. Delivery times obviously vary depending on whether you’re in the UK, Europe or elsewhere.
A good guide we aim for your order to arrive would be no later than 5 working days in the UK, 10 working days for EU, and within 15 working days everywhere else
When you purchase a download, you will be emailed a download link to the email address supplied.
If you have signed up for a free download, the download links will appear in a window as soon as you submit your email address. If you experience any problems with download links, drop us an email.
We use an electronic “E-Ticket” system, and don’t send out physical tickets.
The email confirmation you get from us after you place your order will have a Ticket Code on it. You will need to use this at the venue box office to gain entry; if you’ve purchased more than one ticket you will need to arrive at the same time with all your guests.

…At least at the moment, that is! We hope to make available higher-quality FLAC or WAV files available for all our releases in the near future while our website back-end is upgraded. If you’re interested in higher quality downloads, please get in touch.
